NO to the washing machine .. The correct way to wash a POLO bag is as follows:
a. Empty all inner and outer pockets of the backpack and shake it to remove dust, rubbish or food debris.
b. Rub with a soft cloth or soft brush.
c. Let it dry in a shady place.
If the backpack has a hard stain: Clean the area where the stain is present with a slightly damp cloth and neutral liquid soap (eg dishwashing liquid) and cold water.
Grate well until you see that the stain disappears.
Then follow the above procedure.
If your backpack has metal accessories (eg trolley bag) DO NOT soak the backpack.
Clean it with neutral soap and leave it to dry in a shady place.
Do not place the backpack in the sun.
